In this administrative role, you will report directly to the Director of Care and take charge of coordinating comprehensive education programs. You will manage training records, compliance strategies, and educational partnerships to enhance staff competencies and promote effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the implementation of staff development and training programs
• Oversee mandatory training for employees, agency staff, and volunteers
• Conduct thorough evaluations of the staff development program annually




• Foster relationships with educational institutions for improved training resources
• Ensure readiness for accreditation and inspection requirements

Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in health/science discipline is preferred
• Experience in Long-Term Care and understanding of resident needs
• Background in adult education and coaching essential
• Advanced skills in LMS management and training documentation
• Emphasis on culturally secure education practices
