Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate spiritual needs through pastoral care
• Conduct or delegate weekly worship services
• Engage families in spiritual reflection and rituals
• Maintain spiritual care documentation and tracking

Requirements:
• Master’s degree from an accredited theological school
• 5 years of pastoral experience desired
• Ordination or endorsement for Pastoral Ministry
• Active membership with CASC
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
