In this managerial role within the Youth Unit, you will ensure effective delivery of therapeutic services. You are responsible for supervising a dedicated team and will promote best practices in trauma-informed care. Focused on youth aged 12-29, you will lead programs that integrate family engagement and community-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee clinical programming and staff
• Conduct regular audits of client records
• Develop collaborations with community stakeholders
• Advocate for client safety and program efficiency
• Mentor staff in quality performance and development

Requirements:
• M.A. in Psychology, M.S.W., or equivalent
• Registered with a professional regulatory body
• At least 2 years supervisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed therapy
• Understanding of the children’s service system in Toronto
