As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating dozers and excavators while adhering to safety protocols. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience, ideally in road construction or reclamation. Your role will involve not only equipment operation but also collaboration with team members to achieve productivity goals while ensuring quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy machinery including Excavators and Dozers
• Ensure timely excavation, grading, and material handling
• Set up effective dumps, windrow,



and material separation
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and hazard assessments
• Participate in team efforts to meet quality targets

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years operating dozers and excavators
• Experience in road building or reclamation work preferred
• GPS machine control system experience is a plus
• Open to day/night shifts
• Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification required
