As the Development Manager, you will report directly to the Executive Director and collaborate with Senior Directors and marketing teams. This role entails refining business strategies, establishing revenue targets, and leading a dedicated team. You will engage in hands-on proposal development, ensuring alignment with DBNC's mission and securing vital partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Refine DBNC's business development strategy and partnership approaches
• Establish revenue targets and performance metrics
• Cultivate current strategic partnerships across various markets




• Manage the pipeline from prospecting through proposal
• Guarantee timely and on-brand proposal submissions

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in relevant business field
• At least 5 years in business development roles
• History of successful lead generation and pipeline management
• Proficient in Excel and CRM systems
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills
