This role reports to the Diagnostic Imaging Manager and focuses on enhancing imaging information systems. You will collaborate with clinical stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure seamless interoperability across various applications. Your expertise will contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and digital health transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support for RIS and PACS systems
• Configure and maintain user access and workflow rules
• Monitor archival processes and image routing
• Troubleshoot complex imaging integration issues
• Lead system testing and implementation activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Health Sciences, Informatics, or IT
• 2-4 years supporting healthcare information systems
• Knowledge of imaging modalities and workflows
• Familiarity with MEDITECH Expanse or similar systems
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools
