As part of the Health Economics team, you will engage in comprehensive research on compensation, labour markets, and health systems. Working closely with bargaining teams, you will provide critical insights that shape organizational objectives. Your role is pivotal in translating research into actionable recommendations for the HSAA.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze workforce trends and conduct health system research
• Deliver actionable insights to inform bargaining decisions
• Track economic and legislative changes affecting members




• Draft presentations and reports supporting strategic discussions
• Collaborate for effective research resource management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's is a plus
• 5-7 years in research and analytics roles
• Experience contributing to collective bargaining strategies
• Strong analytical and communication prowess
• Advanced use of data analysis and visualization tools
