Trans Mountain is looking for a dedicated Pipeline Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of maintenance activities in our oil pipeline system. This full-time in-office position requires solid collaboration and organizational skills to support operational excellence.
As a Pipeline Coordinator, you will be responsible for strategic planning and coordination of maintenance work across the pipeline regions in Canada. Working alongside District Supervisors and multiple operational teams, you will optimize scheduling and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your role is vital in aligning diverse stakeholders and promoting effective communication throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on 30/60/90-day maintenance schedules in D365
• Manage advanced planning for work orders and resource procurement
• Report on outage schedules and maintain stakeholder communication
• Assist in KPI tracking and audit activities for operations
• Develop and implement corrective action plans with district teams
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; 3+ years in relevant fields
• Familiar with project management principles and tools
• Strong problem-solving and management skills
• Excellent communication across various team levels
• Commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement
