In this onsite role, you'll provide essential support in producing precise components for the aerospace sector. With at least 3 years of Boring Mill or 5 Axis Machining experience, you will ensure production meets the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include set-up, machine operation, and quality documentation, making a vital contribution to our advanced manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct manual set-ups following CNC programming guidelines
• Ensure part quality through consistent monitoring and self-verification
• Document machining actions and maintain quality logs
• Execute tasks based on manufacturing specifications and drawings
• Promote standard work and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• High school diploma with minimum 3 years of machining experience
• Skilled in quality measurement techniques
• Solid understanding of blueprints and manufacturing principles
• Must meet eligibility for ITAR in Canada
• Certificate of Qualification is advantageous
