Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement systems strategy matching departmental needs
• Collaborate closely with IT personnel and third parties
• Recommend and facilitate technological transitions




• Develop training sessions for end-users on system functionalities
• Troubleshoot general system issues and user requests

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or related area
• Two years of experience in system operations
• Proven competency in training and program development
• Knowledge of relevant compliance acts is preferred
• Experience with Indigenous awareness training is an asset
