In this position, you will play a crucial role in Clutch's Operations team, managing the upkeep of our national fleet across Canada. You will utilize your 1-2 years of experience in service coordination to oversee maintenance schedules, engage with vendors, and enhance fleet presentation. Your organizational abilities and proactive approach will be key in driving efficiency and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with field operations
• Monitor and schedule maintenance to prevent downtime
• Proactively follow up with vendors on repair statuses
• Maintain strong relationships with service providers
• Keep fleet presentations aligned with Clutch’s standards
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years in service coordination or related roles
• Experience in automotive or fleet maintenance preferred
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of fleet management systems is an asset
