As a vital member of the CanAtom team, reporting to the Performance Assurance Manager, your role focuses on enhancing the Human Performance Program. Duties include facilitating training, reinforcing error reduction techniques, and conducting data analysis for safety improvements. Collaborate closely with project leaders to implement effective practices that will drive our commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of Human Performance and NSC elements
• Develop and facilitate training sessions for staff
• Ensure adherence to error reduction techniques across teams




• Provide insights from data analysis of field observations
• Conduct safety or quality investigations as needed

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary technical education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Human and Organizational Performance
• Familiarity with nuclear industry safety regulations
• Willingness to work in diverse environments both onsite and off
