Key Responsibilities:
• Execute technical installations and support
• Facilitate day-to-day IT support throughout the organization




• Work with stakeholders to address security and system needs
• Oversee and optimize technical systems and applications
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical staff

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience
• Experience with Microsoft-centric technology
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks
• Ability to lift technical equipment over 50 lbs
