In this full time position, the Assistant Squash Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to provide instruction and evaluate student-athletes. Responsibilities include organizing game schedules, recruiting talented athletes, and maintaining standards that align with the College's mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and coach student-athletes in squash
• Develop and communicate practice schedules
• Facilitate athlete recruitment and campus visits
• Manage program budgets and report on expenditures
• Ensure proper maintenance of facilities and equipment

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is a must
• At least 1 year of coaching squash experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Google Suite is necessary
• Must hold CPR and first aid certifications
