In this role, the Facilitator will contribute to the MentorAbility project, enabling clients to gain valuable work experience under supportive mentorship. Your tasks will involve recruiting and matching clients with suitable employer mentors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring accessibility needs are met. You'll also be responsible for maintaining records and providing essential resources to employers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in their career exploration journey
• Match clients and mentors effectively




• Coordinate all aspects of mentorship engagements
• Build relationships to promote inclusive practices
• Conduct outreach to local businesses and communities

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Robust skills in digital communications
• Proficient in project management tools
• Previous mentoring experience preferred
• Driver’s license required
