The Human Resources Generalist will support TRAXX Coachlines with HR administration, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal employment laws. With at least five years of relevant experience, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records while promoting proper HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities
• Address employee relations matters effectively
• Maintain compliance with privacy and employment laws
• Develop and deliver HR training initiatives
• Utilize HR metrics for workforce insights

Requirements:
• HR, Business Administration diploma or degree preferred
• Minimum five years’ HR experience required
