Become an Occupational Therapist I with a community focus at the Camrose Seating Clinic, offering B and C seating services while engaging in local assessments. Travel is an integral part of this role.

As part of the Seating Team, you will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to clients throughout the Central Zone. In this position, you will act as a primary service provider and work collaboratively with clients and their families, enhancing their functional abilities through individualized care plans. Your involvement will also extend to mentorship and education roles within interprofessional teams, promoting rehabilitation and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct assessments and team-oriented treatment support
• Work with community members for tailored service delivery




• Mentor Therapy Assistants and supervise trainees
• Actively participate in interprofessional quality improvement efforts
• Encourage family and client involvement in care processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• AADL wheelchair training certified
• Driver's license with access to a vehicle
• Passion for fostering client independence
