Join Circle Community LandTrust as a Roaming Maintenance Worker, enhancing property maintenance for 600 homes in the Eastern GTA. This position requires commitment to both independent and collaborative work.
In this full-time role, you're responsible for a variety of tasks, from plumbing repairs to installation of appliances. You'll interact with tenants and contractors, ensuring effective communication and quality maintenance. Flexibility for potential evening hours will enhance the maintenance service you deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance tasks specified in Schedule A
• Manage inspection outcomes using Yardi Maintenance IQ
• Verify contractor work and compliance with specifications
• Execute annual inspections for safety devices
• Perform preventative maintenance and document activities
Requirements:
• Journeyman's apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• Strong independent and team-oriented work ethic
• Customer service history with positive engagement
• Valid Class G driver's license
• Must pass police background check
