The Métis Nation of Ontario seeks a motivated Family Wellbeing Coordinator to help implement programs aimed at preventing violence and promoting wellness among families. Ideal candidates will possess a social services degree, experience with children, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for client services, wellness planning, and community-based educational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure program delivery aligns with MNO objectives
• Conduct assessments for client needs
• Facilitate home visits and wellness programs
• Organize community engagement activities
• Document client interactions in OHATS system
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in social services
• 1+ years in client services with children
• Knowledge of programs for Indigenous communities
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
