As a Machine Shop Technician specializing in fit and ream operations, you will report directly to the Assembly Supervisor. Your responsibilities will range from performing honing applications to ensuring quality documentation and promoting continuous improvement practices in the production area. A strong foundation in machining principles and safety protocols is essential for this in office role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload parts, ensuring precision and quality
• Perform honing, reaming, and other machining applications




• Document quality actions and create Product Defect Sheets
• Participate in cross-training and 5S initiatives as necessary
• Engage in TPM duties and machine checklist execution

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• At least 2 years of current machining experience
• Skills in reading blueprints and using measuring tools
• Experience in crane/hoist operations beneficial
• Eligible to work in Canada per ITAR and CCGP
