Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet tractors
• Diagnose problems effectively during inspections
• Offer superior service to our Drivers consistently
• Assist and encourage Apprentices throughout their development
• Execute paperless work order entries with basic computer proficiency
Requirements:
• Must be a licensed Technician with tractor experience
• Experience in performing mandatory Safeties
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Valid Driver's License and ability to work independently
• Capability to handle physical tasks and lifting
