Join Chartwell Vista Retirement Community as a part time Dietitian focused on enhancing the nutritional care for residents in Esquimalt, BC. Conduct assessments and tailor interventions to meet individual needs.

As a Registered Dietitian within Chartwell, your role will include performing comprehensive nutritional evaluations and developing individualized care plans. You will also be collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team and food service professionals to ensure dietary guidelines are met effectively. Your efforts will play a critical role in promoting the health of our geriatric residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and follow-up nutritional assessments
• Monitor residents' dietary modifications and needs




• Collaborate with team members on nutrition care plans
• Attend to wound care team responsibilities as needed
• Review menu items with the Food Service Manager

Requirements:
• Valid Registered Dietitian certification
• At least 2 years experience in dietary care
• In-depth knowledge of geriatric dietary needs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to assess and modify diets effectively
