In this role, you will report to the Regional Rental Manager and work closely with rental supervisors. Your main objectives include mentoring store technicians, optimizing rental processes, and engaging in equipment diagnostics. You will be responsible for ensuring tools are operational and ready for customer rentals, promoting solid rental practices across Districts 230 and 249.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach technicians on tool rotation processes
• Conduct diagnostics and repairs for fleet equipment
• Collaborate with leadership on prioritizing maintenance
• Prepare insights on rental performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
• Small Engine Mechanic Certification preferred
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French
• Must have a valid driver’s license
