Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Analyze and report team KPIs for improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equal experience
• At least three years in Agile methodologies
• Valid Scrum certification (CSM/PSM I)
• Solid grasp of Scrum ceremonies and principles
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills
