Reporting to the Quality and Operations Manager, this position directs maintenance at Eden Mental Health Centre. The successful candidate will hold a 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate and have at least one year of relevant supervisory experience. You will be pivotal in executing repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate daily maintenance work flow
• Liaise with contractors and oversee maintenance activities
• Monitor performance and billings from outside services
• Ensure completion and accuracy of work orders
• Delegate maintenance tasks effectively to staff

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education mandatory
• Valid 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate
• One year of experience in a healthcare maintenance context
• Supervisory experience is essential
• Additional management training is a plus
