Join The Compassion Network as a Health Care Aide for overnight home care in Southwest Edmonton. Provide essential emotional and physical support during 12-hour shifts from 9 PM to 9 AM, caring for clients' well-being.

We are specifically looking for a dedicated individual to engage in 1-on-1 overnight support for clients. As a Health Care Aide, you will assist with personal care tasks, promote safety, and document all interactions accurately. Your contribution will help improve the quality of life for those you serve, fostering a supportive and safe home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Prepare meals and manage household necessities
• Maintain a protected, comfortable environment overnight




• Report updates and arrive on time for documentation
• Execute duties compassionately and safely

Requirements:
• Health Care Aide (HCA) registration mandatory
• Active CPR/BCLS certification needed
• Proficient in English and another Asian language
• Basic computer skills for proper documentation
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical setting
