As the Manager of Events & Fundraising Strategies, you will execute a robust portfolio of events aimed at driving fundraising success, particularly through the peer-to-peer fundraising program. You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to create memorable experiences for donors and stakeholders, ensuring effective outreach and relationship management. Your role will include budgeting, volunteer training, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the National Peer-to-Peer fundraising event
• Execute the ambitious Spring Virtual Auction
• Design engaging events for donor appreciation
• Leverage analytics to enhance event effectiveness
• Coordinate volunteer engagement and training efforts
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in event planning or digital fundraising
• Solid project management and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM and event management platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Availability for evening and weekend events
