This full-time, temporary nursing position is responsible for assessing and treating critical patients in emergency care. With a focus on excellent assessment skills and effective communication, you'll deliver therapeutic, rehabilitative care. Candidates should have a minimum of 12-24 months of relevant experience along with BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications to thrive in this demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat critically ill patients in emergency care
• Implement and evaluate the Emergency Nursing Process




• Lead staff meetings and contribute to unit projects
• Coach and mentor recent nursing staff and students
• Dedicate to a safe and supportive patient environment

Requirements:
• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Extensive experience in emergency or critical care
• Successful completion of a Physical Assessment course
• Proficient in arrhythmia interpretation
• Robust leadership and decision-making skills
