This permanent position as a Counsellor Level 2 involves engaging with high-risk populations and facilitating harm reduction strategies. You will play a vital role in crisis intervention, system navigation, and client support. The NESI program focuses on facilitating better health outcomes through comprehensive outreach and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive engagement with drug users
• Distribute essential harm reduction materials and education
• Assist clients with system navigation and advocacy




• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for client wellness
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:
• Three years’ experience in harm reduction or advocacy
• Relevant post-secondary education or lived experience
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French preferred
• Clinical knowledge of addiction and mental health
• Robust interpersonal and conflict management skills
