In this position, you will leverage your extensive pharmacy knowledge and experience within an acute care setting to meet medication-related needs for patients. Your responsibilities include maintaining drug profiles, educating patients and families, and managing pharmacy operations. Supervision of pharmacy technicians will also be a key aspect of your role to ensure the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee patient medication records and profiles
• Deliver education on medications to patients and families
• Supervise pharmacy operations and technicians efficiently




• Ensure compliance with medication management protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Proven experience in acute care hospital pharmacy
• Ability to communicate effectively within teams
• Knowledge of pharmacy computer systems is preferred
