Make an impact as a Client Services & Technical Support Coordinator at a leading Canadian law firm located in Vancouver. This role integrates technical skills with outstanding client services in a energetic legal environment.

As a central figure in daily operations, you will ensure smooth facility services while supporting legal professionals with their administrative needs. Your hands-on experience in tech support and client services will play a vital role in meeting the expectations of both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and manage inquiries promptly
• Provide technical support for boardroom technology
• Organize meetings and events with attention to detail
• Handle document production and assist legal teams




• Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces and prepare visiting workspaces

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in a professional services environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills with A/V equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with document management systems is a plus
• Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs and working flexible hours
