In this Level 2 position within the Client Excellence Team, you'll provide crucial support to end users, manage essential IT systems including Active Directory, and lead onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve escalated service desk tickets effectively
• Manage systems configuration and user access in Active Directory
• Install and configure operating systems and applications




• Ensure proper implementation of network security measures
• Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration
• Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts
