As a key part of our warehouse management team, the Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate inbound and outbound processes while managing inventory control. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of warehouse experience, complemented by leadership skills to train and support staff effectively. Your role will involve maintaining operational KPIs and resolving any discrepancies that may arise during daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operation and warehouse staff activities
• Oversee receiving processes, packing, and shipping duties
• Monitor team productivity and compliance with safety standards
• Investigate and correct shipping errors and inventory discrepancies
• Utilize WMS and ERP systems for record maintenance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related area is a plus
• 2+ years experience in warehouse management
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse data systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented mindset
