Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll work with a diverse team, designing personalized nutrition plans after thorough clinical assessments. This opportunity allows you to integrate evidence-based care, participate in health initiatives, and contribute to community partnerships. Experience in primary care is a plus in this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized nutrition counseling in a clinical setting
• Create and assess patient-centered nutrition care plans
• Act as a nutrition resource for the healthcare team
• Track and report service indicators and project evaluations
• Engage in quality improvement and community health initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition
• Completion of a Dietetic internship
• Current registration with College of Dietitians of Alberta
• At least three years of relevant experience preferred
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Enhance patient health as a key contributor to Calgary Foothills PCN's health team as a Registered Dietitian.
