Take the lead in advancing cybersecurity by becoming a Program Lead for the Catalyst Cyber Clinic at Toronto Metropolitan University. This role focuses on program management in a hybrid work model.

The Program Lead is responsible for ensuring successful stakeholder engagement and program implementation across Canada. You will oversee the lifecycle of various cyber clinic programs, driving outreach and developing innovative programming that aligns with TMU’s mission to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs
• Conduct industry research and assessments for innovative programming
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective program delivery




• Track KPIs and escalate concerns as necessary
• Identify events to promote Clinic visibility

Requirements:
• Degree in business management or related discipline
• At least 4 years of program implementation experience
• Proven experience in project management and communication
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
