We are searching for an Intermediate level Project Manager with a proven track record in building restoration. This role requires the management of 2-3 projects concurrently, overseeing all aspects such as schedules, budgets, and site operations. Your coordination with subcontractors, clients, and site teams will be essential to maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple restoration projects from planning through completion
• Manage operational budgets and project schedules
• Work closely with site teams and consultants




• Conduct site visits and document project progress
• Ensure on-time project completion within budget

Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, preferably in restoration
• Strong knowledge of concrete repair and building systems
• Proficient in reading construction drawings
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license for site travel
