As part of Rimes' Client Experience team, you will have a critical role in managing client relationships and ensuring service delivery aligns with KPIs. This position is ideal for candidates with a finance background who are detail-oriented and thrive on improving client interactions. You will engage in service reviews, expert advice, and data-related discussions to meet clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive service for existing client accounts
• Oversee workload and client service performance
• Provide expert advice on financial data feeds
• Conduct client service reviews to reinforce value
• Act as a key point for technical expertise and support
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in financial data
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
• Graduate caliber, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Consulting experience within financial markets
• Familiarity with databases and Excel applications
