Company: Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto, Canada. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Senior Training & Quality Consultant – Programs & Affinity, is responsible to assess, design, develop, deliver and iterate content.
This role will proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of the Programs & Affinity core training programs. You will engage with key stakeholders to update and work on L&D; initiatives aligned to business strategy. You will also engage with the global learning team to utilize best practices and to ensure alignment to our culture, goals and objectives.
In addition to planning, overseeing, and delivering training programs, the key to this position is to continually improve and evolve the instructional quality of all training programs by developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality framework that supports consistent standards and continuous improvement.
What you need to have:
5+ years’ experience in a similar role in learning & development environment including instructional design methodologies, change management learning technologies, facilitation and project management.
Experience in operational quality assurance or related role with similar responsibilities. In depth knowledge in the areas of L&D;, Adult Learning principles, learning management technology or equivalent work experience in arelated field
Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and web design/development. Demonstrated expertise leveraging innovative learning technologies including social, mobile, micro-learning and gamification.
Highly developed leadership skills, with the ability to lead, coach and mentor employees.



Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize, balance conflicting tasks and manage internal and external stakeholders

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,200 to $114,200.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
