Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and team performance
• Implement safety and quality protocols effectively
• Facilitate training programs and development initiatives
• Support lean manufacturing and process improvement




• Monitor and report on metrics for departmental performance

Requirements:
• At least five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Advanced education such as a Technical College certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Systems an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
