Reporting to the Sr. EHS Advisor, you will promote health, safety, and environmental protocols across various construction sites. This includes training workers in safety regulations and conducting thorough inspections. Your role will be vital in developing safety plans and mediating health and safety issues within teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure thorough health and safety orientation for all employees
• Conduct behavioral observations and workplace inspections
• Develop and implement emergency response plans




• Distribute safety supplies to team members as needed
• Analyze incident trends and recommend corrective actions

Requirements:
• Proven experience in EHS within the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• NCSO certification is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a adaptable work schedule
