Achievers, based in Toronto, is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to diagnose and resolve customer technical issues across our suite of products. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Client stakeholders, provide Tier 2 support, and manage migrations and integrations (HRIS, SSO, SFTP).
The role requires 2–3 years in customer support, a bachelor’s degree, and Salesforce experience. This is a full time hybrid position in Liberty Village with competitive CAD compensation.
