Natural Factors is seeking a mechanically inclined Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in the beautiful Okanagan. This night shift leadership role works closely with other operational leaders in an integrated manufacturing environment and is responsible for supporting team performance, productivity, and employee engagement.

Position Summary
The Supervisor, Manufacturing is responsible for directing, supervising, prioritizing, and coordinating all Bulk Packaging activities on their assigned shift to ensure quality standards are maintained while maximizing productivity. This role leads team success by providing coaching, training, support,



and motivation while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily Bulk Packaging operations on the night shift

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards

Coordinate staffing, workflow priorities, and resource allocation

Coach, develop, and support team members to achieve performance objectives

Ensure employees receive appropriate training and ongoing development

Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operational leaders to achieve department goals

Support and maintain compliance with Current Positive Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Qualifications
Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations management, or supply chain management

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience

Minimum 1 year of night shift work experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred

Knowledge of Current Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Experience working in a manufacturing or food/pharmaceutical production environment
