Become an integral part of Garland’s HR team as a Human Resources Representative II in Mississauga, Ontario. This permanent, full-time position focuses on employee support and full-cycle recruitment.

In the HR Rep II role, you will support HR programs, engage with employees, and help manage compliance and payroll processes. Your experience in handling recruitment and employee relations in a unionized manufacturing workplace will ensure organizational effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to facilitate continual improvement initiatives while fostering employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide employees and managers on HR policies and workplace matters
• Oversee the recruitment process for various roles




• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports
• Implement employee engagement and training programs
• Assist in payroll operations and compliance auditing

Requirements:
• Relevant degree in HR, Business, or a related area
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience required
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
• Understanding of legislation such as ESA and OHSA
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
