As a key member of the operations department, you will collaborate with the Project Manager to meet project goals effectively. Your responsibility includes managing safety audits and daily project schedules while implementing quality assurance protocols in road construction to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preplan and oversee project activities daily to weekly
• Maintain project Quality Management System and safety measures
• Conduct safety audits and record meeting minutes
• Assist with scheduling and operational tasks on-site
• Track material quantities and perform routine checklists

Requirements:
• Solid foundation in road construction activities
• Skills in Microsoft Suite and project management tools
• OFA Level 1 or higher certification required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• QA/QC training essential for effective tracking
