Reporting to the Superintendent or Project Manager, you will manage a crew dedicated to exceeding project goals in safety and quality. This role emphasizes leadership, ensuring compliance with company standards and fostering a culture of safety and career development among team members. Your skills in planning and executing day-to-day operations will be critical to project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project documents and ensure compliance
• Operate machinery and engage in manual tasks
• Plan daily activities with the Superintendent
• Conduct crew briefings on safety and performance
• Maintain availability of safety equipment

Requirements:
• 2+ years as a Signaling foreman
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Valid certification in Canadian Railway Operating Rules
• Training in First Aid, WHMIS, and Confined Space
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
