In this full-time role at CAMH’s Campbell Family Mental Health Research Institute, you will collaborate closely with both the Principal Investigator and Research Lab Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, maintaining regulatory documents, and preparing scientific materials. This position demands a blend of administrative acumen and proactive communication skills, ideally suited for those with a background in research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the Principal Investigator
• Process expense reimbursements and maintain financial records
• Help prepare and format grant proposals and reports
• Support onboarding efforts for current lab members
• Create visual communication materials using graphic design tools
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Minimum 1 year in a research administration role
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Familiarity with ACC protocols and biosafety documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
