Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Shoring & Foundations, you'll support planning, execution, and coordination of construction initiatives. This role emphasizes hands-on project management while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Ideal for individuals with construction experience and solid communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project execution aligned with design specifications
• Monitor project performance, including cost and schedule
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and crisis communications
• Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Guide and support junior staff on site
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction management experience
• Preferred EIT or CET designation
• Familiar with change order preparations and logistical planning
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings
• Valid Driver’s License for site inspections
