With over three years of paving experience, you will manage activities in office while ensuring safety and quality in every phase of the project. Your role requires effective teamwork with Superintendents and Project Managers to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Place asphalt mix to specified grade and thickness.
• Ensure effective communication regarding material delivery.
• Conduct thorough inspections of prepared areas.
• Direct crews during large-scale paving operations.
• Manage daily construction activities to meet timelines.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in asphalt paving.
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Participation in drug and alcohol testing is mandatory.
