At CAMH's Simulation Centre, you will be the driving force behind simulation programming, working closely with a digital innovation team. Your responsibilities include designing and facilitating education for nurses, allied health, and physicians, utilizing both high-fidelity and lower-fidelity educational tools. You will also engage in research and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advance trauma-informed patient care through simulation
• Design and implement educational strategies and assessments
• Analyze clinical gaps to inform simulation initiatives
• Ensure all programs meet accreditation standards
• Work with content experts for program development
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in healthcare or related field
• Minimum three years’ experience in simulation and education
• Proven team-oriented skills with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of simulation technology and digital learning
• Strong organizational and communication skills
