Aircraft Coordinator - Weekend Shift Location: Mirabel
Type: Full-time job
Schedule: Friday to Sunday (12 hours per day)

Description of tasks In your duties, you will be called upon to:
Coordinate the preparation, monitoring, and communication of the plan to close the technical points of each aircraft in agreement with the requirements of the short-term schedule;
Prioritize and harmonize access for various stakeholders to ensure adherence to the plan;
Monitor and assist in resolving blockers for each aircraft (RNC, BOI, issues, etc.) by communicating with the various Operations and Operations Support teams;
Escalate blocking points if necessary, to the right people and at the right time;
Identify process bottlenecks, and lead improvement projects to resolve them;
Participate in E2EQG routines, in particular prepare and lead FOT meetings,
and contribute to E2EQG monthly analyses and action tracking;
Coordinate supplier catch-up plans when they are transversal to the Assembly Line;
Coordinate VL/DL plans when they are transversal to the Assembly Line;
Provide first-level support to on-site suppliers.
Your Profile: You have i) a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Project Management, or ii) a DEC in aeronautics with equivalent professional experience;
You have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing processes, ideally on the A220;
You have a general knowledge of dependencies between different positions;
You have a detailed knowledge of planning, logistics, quality, and production processes;
You have strong leadership, are able to question processes, but also have a willingness to grow your colleagues and other functions;
You are proficient in French (mandatory) and comfortable in English (an asset)
